Baghdad: Military intelligence detachments apprehended four terrorists in different areas.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the directorate stated in a press release, “Based on precise intelligence and through separate, targeted operations, detachments from the Military Intelligence Directorate’s intelligence and security departments within the 6th, 16th, and 17th Infantry Divisions, through well-executed ambushes, were able to arrest four terrorists in various parts of the country.”

It further explained, “The accused were subject to prior arrest warrants issued under Article (1/4) of the Counter-Terrorism Law, and they have been handed over to the relevant authorities to complete the necessary legal procedures against them.”
