Riyadh: The Ambassador of the Republic of Iraq to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Safia Talib Al-Suhail, hosted the official Iraqi delegation at the Iraqi House in Riyadh. This event took place on the sidelines of Iraq’s participation in the Saudi Defense Exhibition 2026, following an official invitation from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the reception coincided with Iraq’s official participation in the exhibition’s activities. A gathering was held in honor of the delegation and was attended by senior Saudi officials, reflecting the strength of bilateral relations between the two countries.

The Iraqi Embassy in Riyadh highlighted that the initiative aimed to enhance frameworks of joint cooperation and strengthen fraternal relations between Iraq and Saudi Arabia. The event brought together prominent Saudi social and economic figures, members of the Iraqi community, and tribal leaders, underscoring the depth of historical relations between the two nations.
