Boufarik: The Algerian Ministry of Defense announced the crash of a small military transport plane, a BE 1900, immediately after takeoff from the runway at Boufarik Air Base, which belongs to the First Military Region, while carrying out a scheduled mission.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry explained that the plane was carrying six crew members. The accident resulted in the death of two of them and injuries to four others, who were subsequently transferred to the Central Military Hospital.
