Baghdad: The President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Judge Faiq Zaidan, welcomed the Arab Initiative for Judicial Communication, which was presented during the dialogue session of the heads of Arab supreme courts. The initiative aims to enhance cooperation and communication among Arab judicial systems.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the Supreme Judicial Council’s media office released a statement highlighting Judge Zaidan’s support for the initiative. This meeting was organized by the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States through the Arab Center for Legal and Judicial Research. The dialogue session took place in Milan, Italy, from June 27-28, 2026, gathering leaders from various Arab judicial systems to discuss methods to improve legal and judicial collaboration across the region.
