Baghdad: Iraqi MP Hanan Al-Fatlawi has been elected as the deputy speaker of the Arab Parliament, marking a significant achievement for Iraq and a historic moment for Iraqi women. According to Iraqi News Agency, Al-Fatlawi spoke about her new role after being elected during the Arab Parliament’s general session in Cairo.
