Baghdad: The Media and Communications Commission has decided to fine the presenters of sports programs broadcast on local satellite channels 5 million dinars. In addition, the commission has issued a warning to presenters Haider Zaki, Omar Riyadh, and Ali Nouri, demanding they submit a formal apology and remove the violations that occurred in their televised programs. According to National Iraqi News Agency, the decision comes as part of a broader effort by the Media and Communications Commission to uphold broadcasting standards and ensure that content aired on local channels adheres to established guidelines.
