Baghdad: The Governor of Baghdad, Atwan al-Atwani, has ordered the suspension of official working hours next Wednesday.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Governor Atwan al-Atwani's media office released a press statement indicating that this suspension applies to the Baghdad Governorate headquarters and all its affiliated departments. The suspension is in observance of the funeral of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Sayyid Ali Khamenei. The statement also mentioned that regular working hours will resume on Thursday following established procedures.
