Dhi qar: The Dhi Qar Provincial Council has announced the suspension of official working hours next Wednesday to observe the funeral of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. All government departments within the province will be closed, except for the Dhi Qar Health Department and its affiliated health institutions.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the council’s statement highlighted that the decision aims to enable citizens to participate in the funeral ceremonies and commemorate the occasion. Health institutions will remain operational to ensure that medical services continue to be available to citizens.
