England Secures Quarter-Final Spot After 3-2 Victory Over Mexico

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the first half concluded with England leading 2-1. The opening goal came in the 36th minute when Saka orchestrated an attack from the right, delivering a precise cross that Bellingham headed into the net. Just two minutes later, Bellingham initiated another attack, passing to Harry Kane inside the box. Kane returned the ball with a deft touch, allowing Bellingham to score directly. Mexico responded in the 41st minute with Roberto Alvarado's free kick reaching the box. Although the England defense initially cleared it, Quiñones capitalized on the opportunity, shooting directly to score. The second half saw England extend their lead with a penalty kick by Harry Kane in the 60th minute, placing the ball to the right of the goalkeeper. Mexico reduced the deficit with a penalty by Jimenez in the 70th minute, also shooting to the right of the goalkeeper. The match also witnessed a setback for England when Jarrell Kwansah received a red card for rough play.
