Baghdad: The General Traffic Authority has announced ongoing maintenance works on the main road connecting Baghdad and Mosul. The General Directorate of Traffic highlighted that these maintenance activities are taking place within the boundaries of Salah al-Din province, specifically near the Shirqat Junction.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Directorate has issued a statement advising drivers who frequent the Baghdad-Mosul road to be aware of the maintenance works. The affected stretch spans approximately one kilometer. Drivers are urged to remain vigilant and reduce their speed in this area to ensure both their safety and a smooth journey.
