Mosul: The director of the foot-and-mouth disease hospital in Mosul reports two new cases of hemorrhagic fever in western Mosul and Bashiqa.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Dr. Mohammed Reda, Director of the Foot-and-Mouth Fever Hospital in Mosul, announced the registration of two new cases of hemorrhagic fever after laboratory tests confirmed the results. Reda stated that the first case involves a 10-year-old boy from the 17 Tammuz neighborhood in western Mosul, while the second case is a 10-year-old girl from the Bashiqa district in eastern Nineveh.

Reda added that both cases are receiving medical care and continuous monitoring. He urged citizens to adhere to health and preventative guidelines and to report any suspected symptoms to prevent the spread of the disease.
