Babil: The Ministry of Interior announced the arrest of two foreign nationals accused of drug trafficking and the seizure of more than two kilograms of crystal methamphetamine in Babylon.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry stated in a press release that: "In two separate operations, characterized by precision and professionalism and based on high-level intelligence efforts, the Babylon Narcotics Affairs Directorate was able to arrest two foreign nationals and seize two kilograms and two hundred grams of crystal methamphetamine in their possession."

It further explained: "The arrest of the two suspects came after meticulous intelligence monitoring and continuous surveillance of their movements. The necessary legal measures have been taken against them, and they have been referred to the judiciary."
