Diwaniyah: During his meeting with farmers in Diwaniyah and Samawah, Minister of Agriculture Abdul Rahim Al-Shammari directed the removal of obstacles hindering agricultural work for farmers. The minister emphasized the importance of addressing these challenges to enhance the agricultural sector's development and support Iraqi farmers.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry of Agriculture issued a press release stating that the minister met with a delegation of farmers from the governorates of Muthanna and Qadisiyah. The meeting was also attended by MP Ahmed Mankash. This engagement was part of the ministry's commitment to direct communication with agricultural producers and aimed at assessing the prominent challenges affecting the production process.

During the meeting, attendees provided explanations detailing the difficulties they encounter. The minister instructed relevant authorities to take necessary measures to resolve these issues. He reiterated that supporting farmers and overcoming their challenges is a top priority within the ministry's strategy to achieve food security and improve the situation of Iraqi farmers.
