Baghdad: The Deputy Speaker of Parliament, Farhad Amin Al-Atroushi, has extended his condolences to the Emir of Qatar following the death of Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Deputy Speaker expressed his sorrow in a heartfelt statement, addressing His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and the people of Qatar. Al-Atroushi conveyed his deepest condolences and sincere sympathies, acknowledging the grief shared by many. He prayed for God's mercy on the late Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and wished him a place in Paradise among the righteous. Al-Atroushi also offered words of comfort, hoping for patience and solace for those mourning the loss, underscoring the shared belief in divine will and destiny.
