Baghdad: Prime Minister Ali Falih Al-Zaidi met with Chairman of the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee Senator Jim Risch at the U.S. Capitol, the Prime Minister's Media Office said in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA).

According to Iraqi News Agency, the meeting was part of a series of diplomatic engagements aimed at strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries. Discussions focused on regional security, economic cooperation, and mutual interests in global affairs.

Both parties expressed a commitment to continued dialogue and collaboration on issues affecting the Middle East and beyond.
