Baghdad: Erbil International Airport remains open and all flights are operating normally, General Director of Erbil International Airport Ahmed Hoshyar said on Wednesday, dismissing reports that air traffic had been suspended.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Ahmed Hoshyar stated, "Erbil International Airport is open and operating normally. There has been no suspension of flights." This statement comes amid circulating rumors suggesting a halt in airport operations.
