Baghdad: The Security Advisor to the Prime Minister, Qasim al-Araji, has underscored the necessity for sustained cooperation and coordination between the federal government and local governments to advance the public interest and bolster security nationwide.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from al-Araji's office detailed his meeting with Atif al-Najjar, a member of the Salah al-Din Provincial Council and head of the Popular Mobilization and Husseini Rituals Committee. The discussions revolved around the security and service conditions in Salah al-Din Governorate and tackled several issues of mutual concern, with the aim of reinforcing stability and supporting government initiatives.
