Babil: The Babil Provincial Council has announced that tomorrow, Wednesday, will be an official holiday to honor the martyrdom of Imam Hassan (peace be upon him). This decision was made to allow the community to observe the commemoration of this significant event.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Council Chairman Asaad al-Muslawi confirmed that official working hours will be suspended across all departments except for security and service departments. The decision underscores the importance of the occasion in the region and allows residents to participate in the observance.
