Kirkuk Council Calls on the Two Kurdistan Democratic Party Members to End Their Boycott


Baghdad: The head of the Kirkuk Provincial Council, Mohammed Ibrahim al-Hafiz, has extended an invitation to two council members from the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Hassan Majid and Shokhan Hasib, urging them to end their boycott and return to attending council sessions.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, al-Hafiz expressed that this invitation was made with a sense of national responsibility and a commitment to strengthening the principle of partnership among all components of the Kirkuk Governorate. The call aims to ensure that all voices are heard and represented in the council, fostering cooperation and unity within the region.
