Dubai Press Club Concludes Third Edition of Arab Podcast Program 2026

Dubai: The Dubai Press Club has successfully concluded the third edition of the 'Arab Podcast Program 2026,' following an intensive three-week training course designed to merge theoretical knowledge with practical application. This initiative aimed to equip participants with the skills necessary to develop their podcast ideas into professional projects that can compete and engage audiences on various digital platforms.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the final phase of the program included four specialized workshops focused on key areas such as publishing, promotion, growth tools, and monetization. These workshops were instrumental in enhancing participants' capabilities to transition their projects from mere production to establishing a sustainable and scalable presence in the podcasting world.

Mona Ghanem Al Marri, Vice Chairperson and Managing Director of the Dubai Media Council and President of the Dubai Press Club, acknowledged the contributions of partners who enriched the program with their expertise and experience. She highlighted the importance of leveraging this collective knowledge to empower the next generation of media professionals with the necessary tools to produce high-quality content.

The workshop on 'Distribution and Growth Strategies Across Audio Streaming Platforms,' led by Mohammed Al-Ajili, Chief Operating Officer of Anghami and OSN, introduced participants to essential audio content publishing tools. It also covered the mechanisms of distribution across different streaming platforms and strategies to expand audience reach, thereby achieving sustainable podcast growth.

Additionally, the 'Monetization Strategies and Sustainable Profit from Podcasts' workshop, conducted by Julia Ibrahim from Next Audio, explored various revenue-generating models from audio content. It also discussed building sustainable business partnerships and sponsorships, enabling podcast creators to transform their projects into economically viable entities.
