Baghdad: The Baghdad International Book Fair has announced the opening of volunteer registration for those keen to help organize its 27th edition. Volunteers will play a pivotal role in crafting an exceptional cultural experience, uniting hundreds of thousands of visitors, thousands of titles, and hundreds of Arab and international publishing houses.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the fair emphasized the benefits of volunteering, stating: "As a volunteer, you will gain valuable practical experience, develop your skills, work in a professional environment, and have the opportunity to build relationships and expertise that will enhance your career."

The fair clarified that applications are now being accepted exclusively through the fair's official application, Book Fairs. Scheduled to take place from September 2nd to September 12th, 2026, the event will be held at the Baghdad International Fairgrounds in the Mansour district.
