According to National Iraqi News Agency, the tremor was felt in several residential areas throughout the city. Local media reported a partial collapse of a building in Cairo's Rod El Farag district, although no deaths or injuries were recorded. Authorities took swift action, evacuating three families from the affected area. Efforts by rescue teams have been intensified, particularly in the El Ghasham area of Sharqia Governorate, to ensure the safety of its residents. These teams are working diligently to evacuate residents from a building in this area, prioritizing their well-being amid the seismic event.
