Baghdad: The Minister of Finance has formally requested to be hosted in the House of Representatives to explain the financial and economic situation. Finance Minister Faleh Sari has submitted a request to the Speaker of Parliament for the upcoming parliamentary session, aiming to discuss the country's current financial and economic state and outline the key challenges facing public finances amidst ongoing regional changes.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry issued a statement where the Minister emphasized that the request reflects the Ministry's commitment to providing the people's representatives with an accurate picture of the financial and economic reality. The Minister aims to detail the measures being undertaken by the Ministry to ensure the fulfillment of the state's fundamental obligations and to continue implementing financial and administrative reform programs.
