Moscow: The Russian Defense Ministry announced that it had targeted two cargo ships carrying military supplies for Ukrainian forces in the ports of Mykolaiv and Yuzhny in the Odessa region.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Russian Defense Ministry stated, "The Russian Armed Forces continued their attacks on ports, naval vessels, and port infrastructure in Ukraine, which operate on behalf of the Ukrainian Armed Forces." The Ministry explained that high-precision strikes were carried out using ground weapons and unmanned aerial vehicles in the Odessa region, successfully targeting a dry cargo ship in the port of Mykolaiv.

Additionally, the statement indicated that another dry cargo ship carrying military supplies in the port of Yuzhny was targeted by precision ground weapons and drones. A port facility used for repairing military vehicles and storing ammunition and fuel was also reported to have been hit during these operations.
