Baghdad: The Ministry of Education is actively engaging with the Federal Integrity Commission to explore strategies for increasing awareness about oversight in educational institutions located in the Rusafa 1 district. This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance institutional performance and staff efficiency.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the General Directorate of Education of Rusafa 1 and the Federal Integrity Commission conducted an awareness workshop attended by key stakeholders, including department directors, division heads, legal and oversight staff, and various employees. The workshop concentrated on critical issues such as job responsibility, the protection of public funds, and adherence to existing regulations. Additionally, it covered mechanisms for monitoring and reporting administrative violations and suspicions. During the event, representatives from the Commission addressed inquiries from participants in a direct dialogue.
The workshop also focused on the legal and oversight procedures pertinent to administrative work. This segment aimed to provide greater clarity in handling violations, aligning with the Ministry’s objective to develop institutional performance and elevate the proficiency of its staff.
