Baghdad: Police recovered the body of a drowning victim in the Taji area north of Baghdad on Saturday after a six-hour search. The recovery operation was conducted by police units and river rescue teams.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Karkh Police Command issued a press release stating that the body was found in the Tigris River. The search operation spanned approximately six hours and involved continuous efforts by both police and river rescue teams to locate the victim.
