Baghdad: The Chairman of the Board of Commissioners of the Communications and Media Commission, Dr. Eng. Balasim Salem, along with Board Member Dr. Ahmed Al-Hassani, visited the headquarters of the Counter-Terrorism Service and met with its head, Lieutenant General Zaid Hawshi Al-Moussawi. They offered their congratulations on his new role and wished him success in fulfilling his national responsibilities.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, during the meeting, the parties discussed ways to enhance cooperation and coordination between the Communications and Media Commission and the Counter-Terrorism Service. The primary focus was on communications and information technology, aiming to support institutional work, develop technical capabilities, and strengthen readiness to face challenges.

Both parties emphasized the importance of continued cooperation and the exchange of expertise in the technical and professional fields. This collaboration aims to serve the national interest and support efforts to develop the communications and information technology sector in Iraq.
