Gaza city: Hamas has announced its acceptance of the roadmap for the second phase of President Trump’s plan, emphasizing that the decision is rooted in the interests of the Palestinian people. The group expressed its commitment to achieving a permanent ceasefire, complete withdrawal of the occupation, and the initiation of work by the administrative committee.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Hamas stated that it has fully adhered to the ceasefire agreement in its first phase, while accusing the occupation of failing to fulfill its obligations. The movement has urged mediators and the Peace Council to take responsibility and pressure the occupation to comply with its commitments and cease all violations.

Hamas has also acknowledged the efforts of US President Donald Trump, expressing appreciation for his role and hope that he will persist in efforts to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinian people and enhance security in the region.
