Monterrey Triumphs Over Juárez with 6-1 Victory in Mexican League


Monterrey: Monterrey defeated Juárez 6-1 in the fourth round of the Mexican Football League. Monterrey’s commanding performance saw goals from six different players, showcasing their offensive strength and strategic execution on the field.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the goals for Monterrey were initiated by Luca Orellana in the 6th minute, followed by Diego Rossi in the 15th minute. Hugo Kuipers further extended the lead in the 29th minute, while Orbelín Pineda added another goal just after the start of the second half in the 48th minute. Lucas Ocampos increased Monterrey’s dominance with a goal in the 62nd minute, and Jorge Agustín sealed the victory with a goal in the second minute of stoppage time. Juárez’s only response came from Oscar Estupiñán, who scored in the 32nd minute.

With this victory, Monterrey has increased its points tally to 9, maintaining its position at the top of the standings. In contrast, Juárez remains at the bottom with zero points, struggling to find their form in the
league this season. Other matches in the league saw Atlas, the current runner-up, defeat Tigres 2-1, while Atlante and Toluca ended their match in a goalless draw.
