Syria: Injuries reported in a bomb blast targeting an Internal Security Forces bus in rural Damascus. Syrian media reported on Saturday that an explosive device detonated on a bus carrying members of the Internal Security Forces on the Ma’rouna-al-Tall road in the Damascus countryside, resulting in several injuries among the personnel.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Syrian television, citing a security source, confirmed that a number of people were wounded in the explosion as the bus was passing through the Damascus countryside. Immediately after the explosion, security forces cordoned off the area to investigate the circumstances of the attack and conduct search operations. Ambulance crews rushed to transport the injured to receive necessary medical treatment.

Media outlets reported that the relevant authorities are monitoring the situation, and investigations are ongoing to identify the perpetrators of the terrorist act.
