Samara: Injuries have been reported following a drone attack on a warehouse belonging to a major Russian e-commerce company, Ozone, which resulted in a fire. The incident occurred at the company’s logistics center in the Samara region early Saturday morning.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the company released a statement confirming the attack: “The Ozone logistics center in the Samara region was damaged today by a drone attack. The attack caused a fire in the warehouse.” The statement highlighted that emergency protocols were activated swiftly, allowing more than 500 workers to be evacuated within minutes. Despite the rapid response, injuries were reported, and the company assured that support would be provided to those affected.
The warehouse will remain closed indefinitely as a result of the attack. In recent weeks, there have been similar drone attacks targeting warehouses belonging to Wildberry, another major Russian e-commerce company, across various regions of the country.
