Celtic had previously secured a 3-0 victory in the first leg, but LASK’s remarkable performance resulted in a 5-4 aggregate victory, marking a historic comeback.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the match began with Celtic’s Callum McGregor putting his team in the lead in the 22nd minute. However, LASK quickly responded with Moses Osor equalizing in the 33rd minute. The turning point came in the second half when Robert Ljubicic scored LASK’s second goal in the 48th minute, followed by Samuel Adeniran adding the third in the 58th minute.

As the match approached its conclusion, Flicker headed in LASK’s fourth goal in the 90th minute, pushing the game into extra time. In the 109th minute, Samuel Adeniran netted his second goal of the night and LASK’s fifth, securing their historic qualification for the Champions League group stage.
