Second Round Exams for Third Intermediate Grade Commence Across Governorates


Baghdad: The second-round exams for the third intermediate grade for the 2025-2026 academic year began today, Wednesday, across all governorates, following comprehensive preparations and the provision of necessary logistical requirements to ensure the success of the examination process. This year, 391,939 students are participating, distributed across 743 examination centers.



According to National Iraqi News Agency, Minister of Education Abdul Karim Abtan al-Jubouri has emphasized the importance of monitoring the progress of the exams on the ground. He has urged coordination between subcommittees and supporting bodies to guarantee a smooth and orderly conduct of the examination process.



The exams for preparatory school students in both the scientific and literary branches will commence tomorrow, Thursday, with a total of 544,311 students expected to take part in 2,609 examination centers. Additionally, 37,074 vocational students will undertake their exams in 226 centers, which include 175 theoretical centers and 51 practical centers.
