Baghdad: The Ministry of Education announced the results of the entrance exams for students applying to gifted, talented, and distinguished schools, as well as Baghdad College High School, for the 2026-2027 academic year. The exams were completed according to established regulations and standards.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Ministry stated that the results of the first preliminary exam for applicants to gifted schools resulted in 166 students qualifying for the second, more detailed exam, after passing an initial assessment to reveal their abilities, aptitudes, and exceptional talents.
The statement continued that applicants to distinguished schools and Baghdad College High School underwent an intelligence test, while applicants to gifted and talented schools and Baghdad College High School took an achievement test.
The Ministry of Education congratulated the qualified and successful students, wishing them success in their studies and continued development of their abilities and talents in their new schools. The Ministry also provided a link for the results of outstanding and distinguished students and Baghdad College High School.
