Baghdad: Iraqi Federal Police forces arrested 13 suspects under various legal provisions during pre-emptive security operations carried out in three provinces on Friday, the Federal Police Command said. The operations were conducted in Baghdad, Maysan, and Basra, following directives from Federal Police Commander Lieutenant General Mohammed Qasim al-Fahad.

According to Iraqi News Agency, the operations were initiated on Friday evening and were aimed at maintaining security and order in the targeted provinces. The Federal Police Command’s statement highlighted that these efforts yielded positive results, leading to the successful arrest of 13 individuals wanted under different legal provisions.
