Baghdad: The Anti-Narcotics Directorate has successfully seized 10 kg of crystal meth that was concealed within white cement and arrested three individuals involved in drug trafficking activities in Baghdad.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the operation was a result of intelligence efforts and surveillance conducted under the supervision of the Central Investigation Court in Rusafa. The Special Investigations and Technical Departments of the General Directorate for Drug Control managed to uncover the hidden narcotics, leading to the arrest of the traffickers.
In a press release, the Directorate emphasized the ongoing commitment to combating drug-related crimes, stating that attempts by drug dealers to disguise their narcotics will not ensure their safety from the law. The authorities are determined to continue their pursuit of traffickers and distributors, ensuring that justice is served.
