Baquba: Civil Defense teams in Diyala extinguished a fire that broke out in orchards south of Baquba, the provincial capital. A security source confirmed that the fire erupted on the outskirts of the Bahraz district, and the teams were able to bring it under control.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the Civil Defense teams responded swiftly, which was crucial in saving 50 dunams (approximately 10 acres) of land from potential damage. Their effective measures prevented the fire from spreading to neighboring orchards, mitigating further risks and losses.
