Barcelona: Barcelona secured a resounding 5-0 victory over Valencia in their La Liga match on Sunday evening at the Mestalla Stadium, Valencia’s home ground. Lamine Yamal opened the scoring in the 6th minute, followed by Fermn L³pez’s goal in the 22nd minute, giving Bar§a a 2-0 lead at halftime.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the first half also saw Eric Garca forced off with an injury, replaced by Jules Kound©, while another goal by Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal was disallowed. In the second half, Barcelona added three more goals: Rafinha in the 50th minute, Pedri in the 79th minute, and finally, Lamine Yamal, who scored his second goal in the 84th minute.
Barcelona have made a strong start to the season, winning all four of their opening matches and currently sitting atop the La Liga table with 12 points. The Catalan team managed to score 17 goals in their first four matches, while conceding only twice, early on demonstrating their desire to retain the La Liga title and continue their impressive run. Meanwhile, Valencia sits at the bottom of the table with just one point.
