According to National Iraqi News Agency, the political bureau emphasized that “the displacement of Palestinians and the imposition of any demographic change in the Gaza Strip constitute a flagrant violation of international law and international humanitarian law, an attack on the legitimate and inalienable rights of the Palestinian people, and a direct threat to the region’s security and stability.”

The political bureau also affirmed that “the Gaza Strip is an integral part of the Palestinian territories,” noting that “the Palestinian people have the right to their land, and the future of the Strip cannot be imposed by force or through displacement and altering its demographic composition.”

The political bureau warned against “transforming these calls and plans into policies or practical measures on the ground, as this represents a dangerous escalation that would deepen the humanitarian crisis and undermine the chances of achieving a just and lasting peace.”

The political bureau called on the international community to “assume its political and legal responsibilities, and work to protect the Palestinian people and halt the policies of displacement, leading to a just solution that guarantees the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people and the establishment of their independent state in accordance with international law.”
