Baghdad: The head of the National Security Service, Basim al-Badri, and the head of the Baghdad Provincial Council, Ammar al-Hamdani, have emphasized the importance of security coordination to achieve community security and establish weapons-free zones.
According to National Iraqi News Agency, the media office of the head of the Baghdad Provincial Council released a statement detailing that Ammar al-Hamdani met with Basim al-Badri to discuss the strengthening of community security and the support of security stability in Baghdad.
The meeting is described as part of ongoing efforts to bolster the security of the capital, enhance security coordination, and work towards achieving community security. The discussions also focused on initiatives to make areas of Baghdad free of weapons, which is seen as a critical step in strengthening stability and ensuring the protection of citizens.
