Salah al-din: The Special Forces Regiment of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) Northern and East Tigris Operations Command successfully controlled a fire that erupted in farmland near the airport in Salah al-Din Governorate.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the PMF issued a press release indicating that fire trucks from the regiment quickly responded to the blaze, working in tandem with civil defense teams. Their swift action was pivotal in containing and extinguishing the fire, thereby preventing it from spreading to adjacent areas. The origin of the fire remains undetermined at this time.
