Baghdad: Oil Minister Bassem Mohammed Khudair al-Abadi met with Turkish Ambassador Anil Bora Inan to discuss cooperation between the two countries in the oil and gas sectors.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, a statement from the Ministry of Oil indicated that the Minister received the Turkish Ambassador and his accompanying delegation on Thursday. The delegation included Burak Aykan, Director General at the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure; Murat Kozluklu, Advisor at the Embassy; and Ahmet Kutuk Oglu, Third Secretary.

The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations and cooperation between the two countries in the oil and gas sectors.
