Baghdad:The President of the Republic, Nizar Amidi, met with Zubaydullo Zubaydzoda, the non-resident Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Iraq, to discuss regional and international developments of mutual interest.
According to the National Iraqi News Agency, the meeting included a review of the relations between Iraq and Tajikistan, focusing on regional and international developments that concern both nations.
President Amidi highlighted the importance of strengthening bilateral relations and exploring new opportunities for cooperation in political, economic, and cultural sectors to benefit both countries and their citizens.
The Tajik Ambassador expressed his country’s appreciation for its relationship with Iraq, emphasizing a commitment to enhancing and expanding joint cooperation on multiple levels.
