Basra:Two suspects have been apprehended by the Basra Police in connection with drug trafficking, and drug-use paraphernalia has been discovered in their possession.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the arrests were made by the Khor Al-Zubair Police Station under the mandate of Article 413 of the Penal Code.

The Basra Police Command’s media office confirmed that the necessary legal measures have been initiated, and the suspects are being prepared for referral to the competent authorities.
