Riyadh:The US and UK embassies in Riyadh have advised their citizens to avoid King Khalid Airport due to recent events.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the US Embassy in Riyadh issued a statement acknowledging attacks on King Khalid Airport and strongly recommended that US citizens steer clear of the area.

The British Embassy also released a separate statement advising its citizens to avoid King Khalid International Airport following a serious incident at the location.
