Kirkuk:The Security Media Cell has reported that Iraqi airstrikes successfully destroyed ISIS hideouts in Wadi Zghaitoun, located in Kirkuk.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the operation was executed with precise intelligence from the Directorate of Military Intelligence and in coordination with the Aerial Reconnaissance and Surveillance Center. Pilots known as ‘Air Falcons’ conducted three targeted airstrikes using F-16 aircraft, aiming at the remnants of the terrorist group ISIS within the Kirkuk Operations Command sector.

The strikes resulted in the complete destruction of all targeted hideouts, achieving precise hits. Major General Maad Baday, Kirkuk Operations Commander, confirmed that the airstrikes led to the elimination of at least two terrorists from an ISIS cell situated south of Kirkuk.
