Baghdad:The Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that 53 countries have confirmed their participation in the upcoming Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) session in Baghdad.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Ambassador Hassanein Kamel, the official Spokesperson for the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers conference, stated that 53 out of the 57 member countries have confirmed their attendance.

He further added that confirmations from the remaining countries are expected to be finalized within the next two days.
