Baghdad:National Security Adviser Qasim Al-Aboudi has reiterated Iraq’s dedication to enhancing relations with friendly nations and engaging internationally to foster partnerships and mutual interests.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, Al-Aboudi met with Spain’s Ambassador to Baghdad, Alicia Rico Pérez del Pulgar, to discuss the bilateral relations between Iraq and Spain. The meeting focused on strengthening ties and expanding cooperation in areas of mutual interest to benefit both nations and their citizens.

Al-Aboudi emphasized the Iraqi government’s commitment to its agenda, which prioritizes economic reform, combating corruption, enhancing security and stability, and improving public services. Both parties highlighted the significance of continued coordination to further strengthen bilateral relations and explore broader partnership opportunities between Iraq and Spain.
