Accra:Zain Iraq has partnered with Samsung Electronics to deliver an integrated experience for both individual consumers and the business sector. This collaboration aims to provide a range of offerings and services tailored to the specific needs of its customers.

According to Iraqi News Agency, Zain Iraq’s strategic partnership with Samsung will leverage Samsung’s expertise in smart devices and advanced technology, alongside Zain Iraq’s telecommunications and digital solutions. This alliance is designed to enhance device availability through Zain Iraq’s extensive network of centers, digital channels, and e-commerce platforms across all provinces.

The partnership includes the development of programs for device acquisition and upgrades, installment options, and exclusive offers. It also focuses on creating solutions for the business sector, with dedicated teams to support and guide customers in choosing the most suitable devices and services.

Zain Iraq CEO Emre Gurkan expressed pride in the partnership, highlighting the aim of offering a wider range of choices and a more seamless, flexible experience for customers. Samsung Electronics President in the Levant, Jungho Kang, emphasized that this agreement marks a significant phase in their collaboration, enhancing the ability to bring the latest Samsung devices and innovations to more customers across Iraq.
