Baku:The Parliament voted on Thursday evening on candidates to complete the cabinet, except for the Ministry of Migration and the position of Deputy Prime Minister, for which Fares al-Brifkani had been nominated.

According to National Iraqi News Agency, the vote successfully appointed Mohsen Ali Akbar al-Mandlawi, Laith Hadi Sayyid al-Khazali, and Mohammed Ali Tamim as Deputy Prime Ministers.

The confirmed ministers include Yasser Abd Sakhil Mohammed al-Maliki as the Minister of Interior, Nayef Mukayif Shannan al-Shammari as the Minister of Defense, and Qutaiba Ghazi Majid Hamid as the Minister of Planning. Also confirmed were Haider Bahaa Sahib al-Husseini as the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and Yassin Mohammed Hamad al-Aithawi as the Minister of Culture.

Further confirmations include Ribaz Hamlan as the Minister of Construction and Housing, Mohammed al-Moussawi as the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Safaa al-Kinani as the Minister of Youth and Sports, Mohammed al-Darraji as the Minister of Digital Economy and Governance, Ali al-Dakhili as the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities, and Mohammed Samaan as the Minister of State.
